About Us
Lyte is a small family business established in 2017. After a life long career as an interior designer - Jason Drake decided to follow his dream of creating high quality, functional, industrial styled furniture that was fully bespoke to each unique customer.
Lyte has grown to include a small team of artisanal craftsman and each piece of furniture we create is 100% hand made, right here at our factory in Ruimsig, Johannesburg.
BESPOKE
Keeping to our bespoke ethos, each of our items are unique one off hand-crafted pieces of functional art. Each and every item we make can be bought as either a "standard" item or completely customized to suit your personal style. All of our pieces are made to order and manufacturing times vary per item.
The customizable options are endless.
MATERIALS
All materials used in our products are of the highest quality. We use SABS grade copper , AAA grade steel, grade A sustainable woods and imported sundrie fittings - which all comply with the highest standards our industry has to offer.
